So we all know the population is.... lacking. Have you always wanted a specific house or a house type and just can't afford it? Are you holding on to a house in hopes that population will someday boom?

Lets community it up and trade some houses and try living in a new pad for a bit.

I'm paying a castle deed for the Large brick and small to the east of this keep. That's what I want.

Here's my proposal:
I've got a fair lot of tele, reflect, and invis jewelry and clothes.
I'm looking for someone with a tower who wants to make a deal. I'll mix and match magic items and cash for a straight up trade on their tower. I also have a large brick in Yew I'd be willing to trade in as part of the deal seeing id be upgrading.

I've seen them lately going from 400-500 a charge s/b up to 700-800 b/o depending on whether they're jewelry or clothes.

I have a tower/ l shape on water, low spawn, on grass in windmire woods just east of vesper. Shoot me offers. These two houses are right next to each other, would not ever think of getting rid of these but I just bought a sweet keep.
