Up for auction is this excellent small mining house located on Dagger Island. This house is placed right outside of one of the best mining caves on the shard. Inside the cave you can mine all ore types endlessly. I will include a forge and anvil of the buyers choice with the sale of this home.

I owned this house not long ago and can confirm:
1) it's a great location for building mining and blacksmithy skills. The cave next to the house is unmatched.
2) I paid 300k for it, and sold it for 300k
Seems to hold its value due to excellent location. Hated to let it go.
