This was a Tower and could be one again if you were able to buy the small to the North East. (Unsure of Owner)

I know who owns the small next to this patio if anyone is interested. They are selling for 4xdeed for the small.

I just talked with the kid that owns the small house next to this and will go deedx2 +20k if anyone is interested. So the b\o is less then a tower deed for both houses. Good location!
