My new character

Hello! I am new to this server. I have planned to do a character with the following skills:

Anatomy GM
Alchemy GM
Fencing GM
Tactics GM
Healing GM
Poisoning GM
Hiding GM

I would really appreciate constructive help with my character. =)
What stats should I have? What skills should I change?
It is supposed to be a poisoner.

Hello and welcome to the shard. You have found one of the best shard out there..

Just a few suggestions. I would make a mule and put poisioning and alchemy or what ever else you might want. I would also add Magery for recalls/heals and such. I personnally would not have a char without a little magery unless you plan on never leaving town.

Here is what I have, pretty cookie cutter but works well for me.

Anatomy GM (bonus to healing and damage)
Magery GM (recalls/heals/cures/)
Fencing GM (kriss/shield or warfork/shield or short spear or spear)
Tactics GM (Damage bonus)
Healing GM (long timer but you can rez and cure at higher levels)
Resist GM (a must if you plan on leaving town)(if your never going to leave town pick something else)
Hiding GM (I really like gm hiding but you can switch for Parry if you like)

I go 100 str/90 dex/ 35 mage. 35 magery for 2 gheals and I just drink a pot for more dex...

Put Alchemy on a mule, there is no alchemy bonus here.

Drop Alchemy for Resist. Optional (but I would do it), drop Hiding for Magery.

Swords is generally preferred over fencing on most templates.

Ok, but how do I provide the poisons for my character? Should I make a new char with alchemy?
And should I get completely rid of hiding to get magery gm?

yea split your alchemist and poisoning character and your warrior character

well if youv worked on alchemy and poisoning keep thsoe and start he warrior over again, those skills are much easiser and youl want to start your warrior with resist

You can have 3 accounts open at the same time.

SO

Account 1: The Halberd Swinging Mage.

Abilities: Can do alot of damage quickly and is generally known as the best PVP build for T2A.

START WITH 5O MAGERY AND 50 RESIST

Skillz:
MAGERY: 100
MEDITATION: 100
MAGIC RESIST: 100
RESISTING SPELLS: 100
SWORDSMANSHIP: 100
TACTICS: 100
WRESTLING: 100

Guide: None

Account 2: The Money Making Bard.

START WITH 50 MAGERY AND 50 RESIST AND 1 HERDING

Abilities: Makes lots of money in a inexpensive fashion by provoking monsters on to eachother.

Skillz:
PROVOKING: 100
MUSICSIANSHIP: 100
MAGERY: 100
WRESTLING: 100
MEDITATION: 100
RESISTING SPELLS: 60
HIDING: 80
TRACKING: 60

Teh Potion Meister

Abilities: can make potions and poison your weapons.

Sounds to me more like the guy is wanting to make a poison dexxer. Telling him to go with standard hally/mage may not be the way he wanted to go.

I believe fencing is the only way to go for poisoning on the field, and I think he should just look into dropping alchemy/hiding for magery/resist.

Ty cutpurse, that is exactly what I wanted.

Now that I try to run 2 accounts at the same time, it gives me the message: "There is some problem communicating with origin..." When trying to create the 2nd account. Did I do something wrong?

Repeat as needed.

The game has been around over 12 years. The combat isn't a new concept by any means. Some people enjoy playing warriors.

How about drop poison and alchemy and buy my poisoned weapons at my vendor just south of Trinsic Main gate.
