Full Rune Books

Hi guys,
I am looking to buy some rune books to make my own tiny rune library in my home. Below I will list what I need. If you have it or can mark these for me, please let me know!
Towns:
Banks, Mage Shops, Tailors, Blacksmiths, Stables. (All towns, all separate books. ie: stables of all towns, banks of all towns, etc)
Dungeons:
Entrances, Levels, Hot Spots.
Tamer Spots:
T2A only - Common Frenzied Spots, Mare Spots (3? if I am not mistaken) WW's etc.
Full (ACCURATE) T Map Set.
I will pay well.
