Fishing through docks

idk, I was reading this link http://wiki.uosecondage.com/1997_Patch_Notes and noticed it said they fixed it so you cant fish through docks anymore. my fisher woman can 
Maybe we don't fall into this patch? idk
I cant seem to find another patch prior to the end of 1999 where they made it so you could again..
Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
