Selling my last and primary home on this server so I don't have to refresh anymore.
The home includes whatever is in it, no rares or anything fancy, has magic weps/armour. Enough fort armour to last a year plenty of vanqs, powers and GT of all kinds, I roughly estimate the wholesale value of the items at 200k.

hehe, sorry. Yeah the housing file in my UOAM is from elsewhere. The tower location is accurate.

The s/b is listed at 1 million, I consider offering a below s/b lowball on the thread to be bad form, you should have PMd me such an offer.

The housing market is practically dead and there isn't really s*** in that house.

Not to be rude alex, but I think the current housing market may have eluded you before you evaluated the worth of the tower. We could assume everything within is worth upwards of 300k liquid and the buyer would still just barely get their money's worth at a bid of 2x tower deeds.
Furthermore, any kind of bid may spark others to see worth where otherwise they mightve not bothered.
That said, its not a horrible location.

I am purchasing this tower for 2x tower deed. I will hand deeds first then owner will transfer. Alex will confirm.

seems to me like bad forum selling no offense...but, to overlook ill gates bid which is the same(2xtower deed) and bash his bid...then turn around and sell it for that price without giving him a chance to bid higher...bad marketing imho

Perhaps Mcgrift already pm'd him privately that exact bid. I think he was more offended that the bid was public more than the amount of the bid itself.

Grifty offered first via PM as I consider to be appropriate. S/b was clearly 1mil, he offered me 2x tower, that is not a bid. Ergo, the post for all intents and purposes did not exist.

I have absolutely no regrets about how I carried out this sale.
