Just like the title says, I'm looking for a lvl 4 lockpick runebook. 3k
If you can direct me to a vendor selling them, I'd appreciate it as well.
I'm also taking offers as well.

The runebook you seek is located at
Trinny Stone Vendors in front room, back set of books, far right top under the lockpicks.
Grab some runes, buy a runebook from Rico [vendor]. I'd advice using a gater for entry. Use scrolls if you have a
lower skilled mage.
It will take about 45 minutes and will save you almost all the 3k you are offering to buy one.
The 2 spots in T2A you won't be able to copy, you'll have to go mark them yourself, or hit me up and I will
gate you in to mark.
