UO Second Age

Owner sells runebooks for 5.000 gold that claim to have all city banks in them, but they are empty.

- This is bad, it is things like this that scare away new players from the server, Grim.

This has been a scam vendor since I started here. There have been many posts about it being a scammer.
It would be cool if we had a sticky thread on the honest vendors and the scammer vendors.
As far as I have read or heard lately, this may be one of the few who do scam.
