If a large tower is made public, are any of the interior doors still lockable?

I dont think so, but you can still fashion a trash-barrel door.

Should be lockable still.

How would one go about locking an interior door on a house that has these when the house is public? The house keys are deleted once the house is public.

I don't believe the interior door keys are deleted
