You should use the opportunity to do the MIBs and sell the items
MIBs are quite lucrative for new/young players. Most vets find the rate of earning doing them to be too low. If you need tips on how to do them reasonably efficiently, send me a PM and I'll reply within a couple days! I will buy 3 of them for 9k so you can buy a small boat, under the assumption you agree to buy them back at the same price once you have done a few! You would earn about 50k (I think) from all 20, plus a huge number of items.

Thanks for the tips aeris. I already got a boat. What to you suggest the best way for selling the items out of the looted mibs without a vendor/house etc.?

Best way probably here on forums! But a vendor deed is only ~1500gp, and I can connect you with someone who has some free vendor spots in great vendor location, so you don't need a house (no rent either). Send me a PM and I will let you know when I get a reply from him.
