The halberd is 'unused' which as you know means it's in full repair, however I am not the first owner and I have no idea how many times it was repaired previously (if any).

I have a GM Poisoner and will gladly deadly poison this for the winner
Transaction will be done via vendor or in person in the rare event we are both on and ready at the same exact time
