Selling mining house.

This house is located in the same "mountains" as Destard. It is rather far south-east from the entrance though. It is located in front of a medium sized cave.
Starting bid is 55k.
Minimum increments is 5k
Auction ends Friday, April 10th, 11:00PM EST.

I haven't checked for other spots... This house is right in front of the mine which is why it's here... otherwise it would be just another house by a mountain...
Current high bidder is Bertyegg with 60k.

EDIT: I just checked the spot and you cannot put another house anywhere near this one. The closest house you could put would be about 4 screens away along the mountain. This house is definitely solo. This means the cave all to yourself.
