Lshape Home on Ocllo Island! Very secluded.

No BO listed at this time. Silver accepted at a ratio of 1 silver coin to 18,000 gold coins.
I don't believe this home has ever been on the market until today. It is situated on the lovely island of Ocllo in a clearing. The only other player home is over three screens away (and I have never seen that player in game). It is a low spawn area (some orges, ettins, skeletons, orcs, and any monsters from the occasional treasure map dug up.)
