Unfortunately for you Myrnae, the eagle trophies were expertly planned at 1 stone a piece and stripped from the spawn far before it even took a hit of damage.

I have an eagle trophy from the event, but it isn't forsale! I actually picked it up off corpse and died and went back to my body and recovered it.

This is not entirely accurate. Trophies were available (from the Inquisitor) both before and after the death of said NPC.
