Wow. I was expecting to pay 2X small deed, but was willing to move up to a patio deed if I had too. I clearly do not understand the value proposition this house holds.

You can bank from inside the house (although not as reliably as the other one). That makes the value skyrocket beyond any other comparable house. Before the housing crash and the housing patch that let the other small get placed, this house would have probably easily sold for 5m+

This well sell for 5m+ regardless of any position of the housing market. Unique doesn't fall with deflation.

Indeed ANY house on this shard in which you can bank inside it is worth a BUNCH. It's location is unique along with being extremely functional. I doubt any of the other homes that have this function will ever be for sale...ever. Bingo Vega.

I can confirm that it's already there. The last negotiation I had with mine was for 8. This isn't a brag, as you assume everything is. I'm just reassuring you that housing that unique doesn't have a lot of flex room.
