These houses are not grandfathered. I sold him two towers and a patio that were placed here not more than two months ago. viewtopic.php?f=72&t=61203

How can they be GF'd if they have only been there for two months? Doesn't GF mean that they have been there for a long time and despite patches and changes, retain the original attributes of the original placement?

Grandfathered means that they go against the current placement rules but will not be removed. I can paste bin the whole irc chat if you like but the relevant portion is below....

i remember them being attempted to be sold a month back cause i almost bought them as a bunch of patios.. but patches latly in the last few weeks might have changed them

Feel free to demolish your own towers and place them touching the house next to it. Might wanna wait until server wars to attempt this.
