Looking to buy this keep West of Xroads

Ive heard the owner is Patek and hes been busy in RL lately. I use to own this keep back in 2010-2011 before going offline for a few years. I've came back and hope to get ownership of this keep again. If youre the owner or know the owner let me know and we can line something up!
