You can watch the spawn from the center of the house! I will be following in LightShade's footsteps - first castle deed gets this house. EDIT: I will now consider any offer - note this does not guarantee that I will accept any offer.

Ironically, I would accept a piece of sandstone table for purchase of the house (I need the left end of an E-W table, outlined in red in the pic). Thanks for looking!

Most rune libraries place it in the 14-28 day spawn rate category. This guide says it is 29-32 days. I've never had the patience to camp it myself to find out.

i'm pretty sure this is one of the longer spawners and i doubt you would even get near it when it spawned ^^

Would like to see a picture of you in the middle of the house.... If the table isn't even on screen can you still "detect" it?

What's "on screen" and what's within the character's visible play area aren't necessarily the same thing. In Razor, you have the ability to force the "screen" to any size you want. If you make it big enough, you'll see black areas at the extent of the character's visible play area. I've confirmed this is within the visible play area and should be detectable with a macro.

I only took the pic outside to show proximity to the spawn. As you suggest, the actual ruins is just "off-screen" while standing in the center of the house, but as Apocalypse says, it is within the detectable area of the player.
