New Vendor Mall

I am here to discuss the potential of the Magincia Beach Mall. At the moment most people do not shop at Magincia Beach, and I am here to try and change that. I own the furthest house to the West, and have a fully stocked GM weapon & Armor vendor inside the house. I have a thread in the Player Vendor's section explaining what I sell, and the price you can purchase each item for.
I ask that the owners of the other houses at Magincia Beach Mall to place several vendors of a wide verity to entice customers to shop here. If we work together, I believe we can generate as much if not more business than the Vesper Strip Mall.
This will not only take hard work, but constant grooming of your shops. We want them stocked so when people come to our Mall, they will think of us first when they want to buy their goods. I have found several other places that attempt to have a Mall of their own fail because they never keep their vendors stocked. I've heard several complaints about this, and I intend to make it my duty to succeed where others have failed.

I visited your vendor on Magincia Beach over the weekend, and I have to say it was a very nice shop, well organized. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

I would be willing to relocate to this area if there is a house spot avail. Trinsic business is not doing so well.
Are you talking about Magincia beach area?

Yes, I am talking about the Magincia Beach. I would be willing to friend you to my house, and allow you to place a vendor here if you are able to keep your vendor fully stocked at all times, and that your goods are different than what I plan to sell.

Well you can visit my vendor south of Trinsic Main gate to see how I have it setup. I mostly sell Spellbooks, Runebooks, Kegs, and Poisoned stuff.
When i get enough Tmaps I sell them too.

I have a treasure hunter, so let me know what you have and I'll buy them at a decent price. I will also visit your Trinsic Mall as well.

I have been to your shop, and purchased many a weapon. That location is THE best vendor spot in all of UO, and it's a shame that the other 3 home-owners are holding it back. It's right on the guard-line, safe and convienent. The view of the beach is nice too. If on of the 3 home-owners reads this, I will gladly buy one of those houses and set-up a second shop.

the entire shoreline was once owned by a single person. What happened?
At any rate... if any home owners on the shore wish to have vendors placed I'd be willing to help out. I've got crafters coming out my wazoo so whatever you want to sell that isn't there.
Ps: buying magincia shoreline homes from people who don't want to put vendors up - 75k per house*
*reasonable negotiations accepted
