This location speaks for itself. Some of you don't care. Others of you want it, and a few of you NEED it.
The lowest I'll take is a small house deed plus a brick house deed.
The highest I'll take is 350k.

personal opinion -- do not read[+] I try to avoid doing this these days, but this is a ridiculous thread for so many reasons.
This house failed to sell for way less than your asking price for so long, during a time when the market was way better, that Chubbs actually dropped it. I'll repeat that. CHUBBS, the hoard-master himself, actually dropped this house.
I saw it was vacant the other day and gave it away to a friend, who clearly didn't think it was worth holding on to either. This is barely worth deed+10k.

Its true I dropped it. A small house offers ONE secure square, however this one does not even offer that. Its a cool spot but not that cool. OH YEAH, im not a hoard-master, hmm or would a hoard-master know that they are a hoard-master................
