Yes, it's pretty easy to send a PM. In fact, it's a lot easier than posting a rant to question the action.

I don't think some staff have better things to do, as interacting with the community is one of their main functions.

This is a 1,000 silver item for sale at the going rate of silver. That not included, the value should progressively increase given that you can in fact not acquire unique items anymore. For an amassed fortune, one would presume that the necessary background information would be verified privately. Since you seem to have an issue with using basic English, let me break that down into layman's terms. For 18 million gold pieces, one would think that a PM would be sent to confirm the claim.

Due diligence is a bitch objectively and subjectively. I'll offer you one solid piece of advice that will probably help you make your way along more smoothly in life. Get over yourself.
