Consider ...

A) - an accurate butcher's knife of ghoul's touch and ruin [18 charges]
B) - a silver fortified supremely accurate short spear of ghoul's touch and might [28 charges]

These are useful items:
A - could be an ideal assassin weapon after a Deadly Poison application
B - fastest two handed weapon in silver with +25 bonus after the handy ghoul's touch has been used up
