I had this tower for a while. I loved the location. Nobody came by and bothered with you. The spawn was light and easy to dispatch. My new neighbors are pretty cool though:), so I'm happy with the trade off. If you want seclusion this is the place to be.

As long as there are no other bids, then you are correct. See you DID learn something from my lesson!!

Perhaps you should also bid on those hued Easter baskets. Trey has been trying to sell them for some time now. Maybe if you dangle one of your "small deeds" in front of his eyes that might get the wheels moving on a deal. You never know, I mean "market value" right?

a small deed is 44K. He could simply redeed it for 433K.

The fact is the appraiser will always give you full value for deeds, and you always have the ability to redeed. Those two factors put a hard floor on any placed house. That hard floor is "deed price". offering anything below deed price is a guaranteed no.

He obviously meant a small deed above house cost.... Anyways you are wrong about the market value. Or rather you only got half of it. Market value is determined by not just the buyer, it's also determined by the seller. I can't go into Home Depot and get a hammer at 50% discount because I'm the only one offering to buy a hammer that day.

Market value has NOTHING to do with the seller.
