Hey I am interested in Hiring a girl or guy whom is efficient at decorating and advising on what rooms of a house would be best for certain uses, tailor/Smithy/Provo ect.

The housing will all be larger than patio size, for now I have a few clean rooms I would love to have decorated.

I did what I could and let guild members decorate some rooms but I want some player I can contact and pay to decorate my new establishments.

As far as pay goes, I am willing to negotiate and come to a fair agreement.

I can buy all decorations and fund the project if needed, if you have dye tubs and Furny Dye tubs to use that is all the better.

Does it have to be girl OR guy? I hear Azheman is a great decorator but doesn't quite meet your specific criteria.

I don't mind as long as their gender doesn't get mixed during decorating, having a light Purple and mixed Red/Black room won't be appropriate haha

Katd did a fantastic job on my three towers. She's trustworthy with rares and such too. If she still does deco, then hire her!

Too bad I can't tag people here like Facebook haha. I will try to contact Katd, and I am not worried about thieves, any and everything is replaceable other than pride, and I won't need any thing of major value placed
