Pre-Decoed Keep for Sale

Unfortunately, I no longer have any use a keep and I would like to sell this one off. This was decorated by Joe last Christmas for a competition and I purchased it.
At the request of the winner of the auction, deco can be removed or changed (within reason).
S/B- 800k
Auction ends 48 hours after last bid or after reaching desired price.

As Jerry said, this house is located at the edge of the Fens north of Trinsic and west of the old Shadowmire town.

Trade went well. I made the mistake of giving him back the keep deed on TWO separate occasions and he returned it both times with a laugh and a chuckle. I have also sold him my Yew small outside the bank (which was where the mistake was made). I trust this buyer wholeheartedly.
