client update

why is it that i cannot patch up to the most updated patch. I have uo gold addition installed. I dled the 5.0.83 or whatever version off the main page of the site and when i clicked it, it said it was running the most up to date client. Im using a laptop and im running vista and if anyone has anything to help that would be great

On the client login screen it lists your current client version under the password box, what does it say there?

I used VISTA too.
