There are plenty of vendor houses all around the immediate radius of the yew gate that are doing good.

The yew bank houses are their own area.

The houses in the area between the gate and the bank are actually the so-so properties but its all a pretty lucrative area.

The property value order for vendor houses goes from highest to lowest:

1) On screen with bank

2) On screen with gate

3) In between gate and bank

4) Everywhere else in order of proximity to the gate or bank.

This house is in 4.

I wouldn't take less than a keep for it and I have seen many properties in between the bank and yew gate simply not sell or not do well vendor wise.

I would buy this property AND the L shape with lamp town add on, that's the same screen as it is, WELL before some lame duck property that is somewhere unclear in the middle between yew gate and yew bank.

Personally, I'd have to agree with elk... If this were on the other side, same proximity I'd be interested... Besides, weren't there some actually on screen with the gate that sold for around this?

Regardless, I wouldn't sell this property for less than a keep. If all of uosa had only 50gp I still wouldn't sell it for less. It is very clearly a great vendor house.

If no one purchases, I'll just utilize it. I can make more from it.

For the record, I would take this house that's basically right on the gate before I would some random in between yew bank and yew gate house. It's basically the same tiles away from the yew gate as orevamp's small, which is to say not many.

Imo, if you think a random in between house is worth more than this and can do more for you then you aren't as good @ uo as you believe. I say this as a vet. *shrug
