Looking to buy an event castle.

Here's what i'm looking for.
Medium / Low spawn area no jungles no swamps.
Secure CY doesn't matter.
Close to some type of structure that'd make it relatively easy to find. ie: Shrine, Towns, Xroads, Dungeons etc.
Even if your Castle doesn't meet the criteria above let me know what you have these are just ideal conditions.
PM or Comment in this thread what you have for sale.

I would sell this Yew Castle just down from Yew Gate. Comes with large brick next to it.
3x Castle deed
Currently only know of one other person with CY rune.

a little out of my price range atm but Def interested thats a sexy castle.
