Tips on login won't turn off

Use Tool-tips unchecked, Don't show again checked, UO and Razor restarted completely, but still it shows up on login. Is it some bug, or where can I turn off that annoying window?
Other settings and macros are saving normaly.

The client unfortunately no longer sends a response to the server when you click those buttons.
You can issue the in-game command [notips to turn off receiving these tips on login (that tip is one of the tips)
If you ever want to receive the tips again, use [tip
You can view a complete list of the very few in game commands by typing [helpinfo
