does anyone else wife HATE this game?

My wife generally hates all games

My wife doesn't mind it because it keeps me in the house

haha ya my wife hates it.. hates most games...i wish she played it too..

i havent even really played all that much, ya ive spent the last month basicly macroing my characters, if i play its for a hour or 2 after everone goes to sleep or before everyone wakes up...lol

My wife has hated UO ever since she came to my house to find me playing it instead of attending college classes 17 years ago. Another event that sealed the deal was the regular occurrence that my buddies and I would ditch our girlfriends in order to instead hang out at a hobby shop that had a few dozen PC's networked with bonded T1's for internet.

She developed a hatred for all video games after we bought a game pack for PS1 that included Dig-Dug, which she claimed to had mastered. I then proceeded to kick her ass at Dig-Dug, having never played it before.

Good times.

My wife hates it and both my brothers who play here have wives that hate it. Such is the struggle of the married UO-er...

Wife?! Don't have one of those. However, I DO have a girlfriend. When I first started here, 5 months ago, I'd get her to keep an eye on my guys while they macroed. I taught her how to restart them if the connection was lost. She wasn't very good at it, but she tried! Haha. A few weeks ago I pulled an all-nighter waiting for an IDOC to fall. She woke up to use the bathroom and just shook her head and said,"just make sure you eat something! and drink some water!" She even hums the soundtrack. So, no, my lady doesn't hate the game...yet.

My fiance is the primary reason I don't play anymore lol. Between a career and a wife, there isn't much time left for UO. Wife is >> than UO.....right?
