Also he paid a mil for it less than a year ago. So don't think you can offer him 2x deed for it...

I paid 2 or 3 castles back in the day for it. Sold for about the same. Hope the price doesn't go below 1m no matter the market. Very unique.

Yeah I got it for B/O castle deed off Budner a while back. I do use it! It's not just a trophy house. Of course I'm open to offers, however, I am enjoying it for the time being.
