Buying a patio **with specified environmental effects**

Now that I have settled in and have more time to play again, I'm looking for a base of operation to horde all the useless pixels I take off your lifeless corpses and confiscate from your low security abodes.
Required specifications include:
-■- A patio....duh
-■- Foiliage, rocks, general land formations must be protruding thru the floor boards. The more of these effects the more inclined I am to purchase at a price higher than its current market value.
-■- As many rocks, and ruins as possible on the same screen. The closer they are to the actual patio the better. Again, the amount and location directly affects my willingness to pay an unreasonable premium.
If you happen to be holding a property that thoruoghly fits the specifications above, please feel free to post or pm me. Its preferred you provide its exact location so i could visit it myself to assess whether it's the right structure for me to hold the future loot I gank from you and yours.
