Selling unique, extremely secluded Tower

Just to be clear, this auction is going to run indefinitely until my price is met. This tower has been dear to me since the first week on this server (2007) and I do hate selling it but I simply don't use it anymore. I don't want to sit on it for no reason and I'd really like to see it go to someone who can appreciate it. Many consider this tower to be the best tower location in the game, and I'm inclined to agree with that assessment. Private bids are welcome. Trades for gold value are welcome.
Minimum bid @ 4 castle deeds
Buyout @ 7 castle deeds

It's an auction, but I think the buyer is going to be a very specific person, so in that sense, it's probably just going to be a sale.
I'm willing to wait for the right person so I don't mind waiting awhile.

Stop derailing someone else's thread about market input just because your sales are horrible. I've sold a lot of houses recently for a substantial amount of money.
