UO Second Age

Thought I'd toss this out there, see if anyone is willing to lend a hand I'm an original UO player from the glory days from launch until Siege Perilous got boring (Great Lakes, Catskills, Siege) who landed here. Early in 2014 work forced me to have leave gaming in general for the most part. Before I left, I gave away most of what I had accumulated here, including my house, to several new players to get them started.

Now that I actually have a bit of time on my hands, I reinstalled last night. I forgot that they keep your accounts here, so my characters are still around in various states of completion. Problem is, I have little in the way of resources and no house anymore as a base. If anyone has am communal house/forge or could lend me resources to get going again, I'd be much appreciated. I've always been a believe in paying it forward, maybe with some luck past good deeds will come around my way this time

If not, I'll plug away as best I can and see you in game!

I agree in most cases. I've built from the ground up on 3 separate servers on the original game, and here once before. Time these days is a factor (isn't it always?) with wife, kids, career, etc. Anything that helps get me into the game these days is huge. To your point, I'll grind it out if need be solo as I mentioned earlier.

My suggestion would be hop in to the IRC channel and get chatting - will make your gaming experience a lot easier and more enjoyable.

I'm away for work at the moment, but I'll be back in about 4-5 days so if you see me in IRC hit then me up and I'll give you a hand any way i can. Can definitely help with houses, skilling up, gear and answering any questions.

Also don't be afraid to PM on here if you have any random queries or whatever, I'm always happy to help people starting out or just coming back
