I got 10 MIBs on my vendor just across north Vesper bank bridge. They are listed at 2500 per.

i have found a small supply at The Needy King for 2k per but after i use the 2 i bought to learn with i will be grabbing up more not a doubt, but likely no more than 2k per ^.^
