This is the first castle you come to when you head North out of Minoc towards the High Steppes or what used to be K^A area. Directly to the East of the castle there is a stable.
The tower is located directly in front of the castle.
Castle SB: 1.5 Million
Tower SB: 500k
BO: Castle/Tower 3 Million
*If BO is reached I will through in the L shaped 2 story directly behind the castle*
*Auction ends 24hrs after last bid.*

FearItself is transferring payment for the castle and then I will transfer the castle. Payment and transfer of the other two homes will take place in the near future.

i agree, I will make payment first. receive castle transfer second, and shortly deliver payment for the transfer of the tower and L .
