You may be referring to this past Sunday when daylight saving kicked in. We lost an hour of time. In Russian terms its like having to wait an hour after breakfast to start drinking vodka.

I know, it sucks. But we eventually adapt.

In my local time, literally since yesterday, the server began to restart an hour earlier. Today similarly.

The change in time occurred Sunday. Everyone in Eastern North America changed their clocks +1hour: it's called Daylight Saving Time; until November, EST (Eastern Standard Time) is suspended and EDT (Eastern Daylight Saving Time) is implemented.

Yes, server-restart now occurs 1 hour earlier.

You understand correctly Ken. In America and some other countries, twice a year we change what hour it is on two separate days. One in March, one in November. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daylight_saving_time (there is a Russian page for this topic)

For most of europe the summer time will kick in on march 27. That will move our clock one hour forward. I too have noticed the server restart an hour early and I had no idea you guys behind the great puddle make this time change a bit sooner. I guess we all learn something new every day.
