Deco ideas for rune library

Looking for deco ideas for the east brit tower rune library that used to exist.
If you have a bunch of cool runebooks you would like to share to the public let me know (vega). If I remember correctly, the old rune library had spawning locations for not only monsters, but animals too.
Thinking about reviving the property for the nooblets. Also, if it does take off and looks good and people use it, Id be willing to friend anyone so they can place a vendor or what not.
So what are some ideas for decorating the tower?
