Has there been a decrease in fishing up SOSs?

It seems as though the number of Deep sea serpents fished up by my GM fisher has not only decreased, but that fishing up treasure maps and SOS bottles has decreased even more. I had noticed the decrease the last several times I have gone fishing, but thought it was just a run of bad luck. I decided to actually keep track of the number of serpents, maps, and SOS bottles over the last couple of days.
Day 1 -time fishing 2.5 hours
Sea serpents caught: 11
Deep Serps caught: 1
Treasure maps: 1
SOS bottles: 0
Day 2 -time fishing 4.5 hours
Sea serpents caught: 21
Deep Serps caught: 5
Treasure maps: 2
Sos bottles: 2
total for 7 hours 32 sea serps, 6 deep ss, 3 treasure maps, 2 SOS bottles
Although I have not kept track of previous fishing expeditions, these numbers seem like the norm lately. It used to be an average of 2 maps and 1 SOS per hour or so. Is this just me, or are all fishers seeing this severe decline?
