Apparently Kaivan has confirmed only 16 on the Shard and Vega has 6.
So these are getting scarce.

I have 1 and BoT's got 5 more on display in his keep. I used to have quite a few before you could fish up the exact same graphic (used to only fish up gold trims), was gutted the day they changed that.

I have 2
That is 13 alone, plus the people here stating they have some.
Delo, Swallow, Fox Fyre and Sultan. If they are telling the truth, it adds up to 17.
20 or so seems more likely.
