As was hinted-at in another thread, Arms Lore means nothing, and we don't have working-VDP here.
In that other thread, I suggested that GM Item-ID might be useful in the absence of VDP, if it could be determined that the Item-ID results were "sufficiently reliable"; as I've never gone there, I just don't know.
Otherwise, Swunk, so far as I can assess, you are (and always have been, in this thread) entirely up-front about the item's provenance: I think buyers could rely upon your descriptions when they evaluate the item.
