is that little beach peninsula east of the house outside the guard zone? that looks like a fun spot 4 close quarter duels

I would definitely purchase items from a vendor if it were made into a vendor house.

It is just around the corner from where the most recent IL events were held. It was meant to be a vendor for GM weapons and armor for those events, but the guild and events seem to have died, and I inherited the house.
