Rune Library needed

Took a bit of a break and now my 2 favorite rune librarys are gone
any help would be greatly appreciated

What; is the $$$ Library on Moonglow gone, too?
The one just outside of Cove gate might have been recently sold, and no longer available.
Wow, I haven't been anywhere near either in ages ...
