It has been said that skull candles do not spawn.
Can you confirm that they do Jin?

They do spawn, I got one a couple months ago. Spawn point is in Hythloth.

Hey Rose, what is the best rare rune library with a complete list of spawning rares. I've been to several libraries but have not seen skull with candle in any of them. I have no idea where to start looking in hythloth for this item along with many other rares that are just not listed in most rune libraries. Thanks and good luck with your sale Jin.

I spent a decent amount of time with Jin competing for rares.... He's almost always got Backdraft, Incidious and Jin Lee on... I'm sure hes not using more than three accounts.
Back on topic: Jin I would buy the studded Tunic/Legs from you (already have the arms).
