UO Second Age

I'm not a SA expert, this is suppose to be that way? Where's the boss in the wrong dungeon?

Also, I've found this area in HH room of Hyloth, what's is this??? There's some way to climb the stairs?

Pit, so they build a new dungeon, set up a large area like this, clearly to hold a
bunch of monsters, and leave it empty...?
