Well, it looks like one has already been privately bid on. I'll need this player to confirm 100%.

You don't have to buy them all as a set. They can be sold individually.

However if all houses have SB bids, I'll need the bidding process to start for anyone interested in the homes past that point. Increases must be by min. increments of small deed.

Is Brit GY still a good place to fight people?

I straight up let the west fence house drop months ago. The largest offer I got on this property was from Integra for 800k ish quite some time ago. Nobody has ever offered more than that in the 5 or so years I owned the house.

I bought it for 600k back when we had above 700 online.

As I recall, spring of 2015 was a particularly good season at the Britain Graveyard ... for WW gib traps!

You are "straight up" lying. When this server pop was at peak, they went for 3-5 mil. Its heavily documented. I also happened to have paid more than 800k for my original one too.
I think players reading this thread should ask themselves why Rose is even commenting. Its because he's a hater and doesn't miss an opportunity to undermine people he's doesn't like.

This is the price, boys and girls. It is fair. You can easily wake up brit GY for your pvp pleasures with your guild, or make a vendor spot. Its an all around solid collector home.

I don't think so. The smalls that are at the banks can probably still get anywhere between 3-8 mil depending on which one.
