UO Second Age

I noticed that Reveal uses less reagents than the other 6th Circle spells.

Is it effective to use Reveal when macroing Magery, even if you don't have anything/anyone hidden to be revealed?

Side Note: I am not trying to gain Resist or Meditation too, as this is a crafting character who just needs GM Magery to make pentagrams and to GM Inscription.

The spell will still gain magery.

This particular character never fights. He's (going to be) a 7x GM crafter.

All of my current fighting characters have GM Resist.

But yes, under any other circumstances I would be GMing Resist on this guy, or have some other character standing around taking the Fire Fields/E-Bolts/Flame Strikes.
