UO Second Age

I'm not too sure how to do this. I started a char with low STR so I can have high INT. What's a good way to raise my STR? I don't have any money to see saw. (Which I really don't know how to do). Any suggestions?

mining and lumberjacking are the best strength gains. Animal taming and herding work well too.

I can't wield an axe or pickaxe

use a shovel to mine, and you should be able to hold a regular axe. If not just mine with shovels until you can. Plus shovels are cheaper at like 12gp verses 35 for pickaxes.

aye, you also don't have to hold the pickaxe to mine with it, but yea, you would have to be able to hold an axe.

Also, fishing has str gain

Herding is the easiest way to gain str if macroing. Mining or LJ if you need cash while gaining =)

Arms Lore works too if you can't hold a weapon. With that said always create a character with 60 str.
