I think what he means is your post seems to be a selling of the castle, and its posted in the "buying" channel. If you were looking to buy this castle, then this is the place. If you are the owner and would like to sell this castle, this is in wrong thread.

Does anyone really know a way to ensure security when buying a castle? I mean, I know if you place one yourself, theres always the chance that someone randomly marked in its courtyard but other than that, you have some control who you let in there that can possibly mark. So I'm wondering, if you buy a castle from a player, is there any way to find some sort of security from them waiting a month and porting in?

very hard to ensure that the seller doesn't have 30+ runes marked for that castle courtyard...pretty much have to keep your place locked down w/ tables and whatnot
